I was introduced to yoga through Lindsey seven years ago. I had never practiced, did not know the language, and was feeling very intimidated. As our conversations came to a close and I shared that I would try it out, she said, ‘Great! Let’s sweat and swear together!’ This was perfect. Although an individual practice, she makes the learning space and all yogis feel like they are a part of team. I have been to many different types of yoga classes in many different studios and Lindsey’s methods of teaching and intentional connection to her students is unparalleled!
